I chose Core Primary Care based on its strong online reviews, but my real experience has been extremely disappointing. My care has primarily been handled by a PA, and I have never actually seen a physician. While I initially accepted this because I only needed routine annual exams, the experience became problematic once I started a stable statin medication for high cholesterol due to increasing levels and a strong family history of heart disease. After only three months, I needed a routine medication refill. Instead of simply continuing a stable prescription, I was required to schedule another visit with the PA. This felt unnecessary and not aligned with appropriate continuity of care for a long-term, well-established medication. Today, I had a scheduled telehealth appointment for what should have been a simple refill. I waited online for 20 minutes after paying my copay, and the system failed to connect properly. No visit occurred, yet the process still resulted in wasted time, frustration, and disruption. Overall, the experience reflects a system that feels more focused on generating repeated visits and copays than on providing efficient, patient-centered care. For stable chr

I was disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The communication regarding my treatment and insurance coverage was unclear, and I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed

Avoid ! Avoid! Avoid! I came here to see Dr. Mimi, March 30th for a medical clearance. I told her I just had my labs done, at quest. She said have them sent to her so she can review. I had them sent the next day and spoke to a receptionist asking if I needed to schedule another appointment to have Dr. Mimi review it. She said Dr Mimi will review and call me. I then called the very NEXT day and the receptionist said Dr Mimi was unavailable till April 14th? Excuse me? Why wasn’t I told that I wasn’t going to be able to get my medical clearance? What was the point of it? I asked for my EKG RESULTS and I haven’t received those. Why have I not received my clearance? My iron is low, I want to discuss about an iron infusion. No response. I get a text on April 6th saying that β€œaccording to your provider your labs show your anemic, please take your iron supplement twice a day”. No shit. I can read my labs as well! What about the reason I actually came to that place? The clearance? I will be filing a complaint. AVOID
